Is LStack a law firm?
No. LStack is a technology platform. Work that requires the judgment of an attorney is performed by independent licensed attorneys in the LStack Counsel Network, who receive the issue with the full corporate context attached.
What does "from $199/month" actually mean?
Pro starts at $199/month for a single Delaware entity under 25 people. It scales with headcount, entities, and contract volume — the things that create legal surface area. Formations, financings, trademarks, and state filings are priced per transaction, quoted before you run them.
We're already incorporated, with documents in three places. Can we still use it?
